Dr. Bill Lewinski, Executive Director of
the Institute, has participated in numerous
controversial, high-profile force cases
across the country. He is repeatedly
attributed with bringing a new level of
understanding to use-of-force situations
that, in addition to saving officers’ lives
on the street, has prevented some officers
from going to prison when they were wrongly
accused of criminally using deadly force.
